Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the PrimeFlow website, platform, Discord community, alerts, or any related service (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
PrimeFlow is a service operated by InGen Tech Services LLC, doing business as PrimeFlow ("PrimeFlow," "we," "us").
Educational Purpose — Not Investment Advice
PrimeFlow provides educational content, market commentary, and informational trading signals. Nothing provided through the Service constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. All decisions you make are your own.
PrimeFlow is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting outcomes.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
Paid tiers (including Sanctum and Conclave) are billed on a recurring subscription basis through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time; cancellation stops future billing. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law. Access continues through the end of your current paid period.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights — including copyrights, trademarks, methodologies, indicators, and content — related to the Service remain the property of InGen Tech Services LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service, including signals, indicators, or proprietary methodology.
Risk Disclosure
Trading securities, options, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance, including any results shown, does not guarantee future results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeFlow and InGen Tech Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any trading losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
